then, we were sent to the Food and Beverage for the VIPs section and were supposed to look after the food and dun let unauthorized personnel to eat the food. basically, we stood there for one whole day. =] but it was for a good cause so i'm tired and satisfied. the ppl at the F&B section:

before the food came, we just did some random stuff, basically, just went to anywhere which needed ppl. at first, we were supposed to go and help distribute balloons (i took the green and purple ones!!) den we were asked to go and help out as demonstrators for the iBounce.this is the video uploaded by anting.

haha, we may look quite dumb in the vid but it was great fun! the instructor was alreay 57 years old!! he told us he had a heart attack i think 7 or 8 years back den this exercise helped him to regain his fitness and lost 10 kg with 4 inches off his waist! i think its a real fun way to stay healthy and do exercise. but its really kinda tiring. haha.

we met many athletes such as Mr William Tan and sailor Jovin Tan. i have never met with disabled athletes before and to see so many at once is really cool. i admire them for their determination and really respect them frm deep within. we also met a few really nice and helpful SDSC ppl who helped us along the way. although we had a little communication plm, they also tried their best to guide us along the way.

when i saw liwen using sign language to communicate, i started to envy her. its nice to be able to communicate with them, this way, we acty get to understand their world better too. i think this CIP was great fun except for a grp of ppl who din do their jobs properly and left their station empty (so irresponsible, haiz.) it suddenly reminded me of what Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan said during our ministerial dialogue session.

anyways, i like going for CIPs cuz i will always learn something from it. =] Oh, i saw jesper there too! he was helping out at the wheelchair basketball there. haha. he quite cham cuz whole day in the sun. =]

P.S: i had to leave early as i was meeting my parents but apparently i think the rest of them brought a few boxes of chips home! haha. cuz they were trying to clear the stocks i think. i only took 3. haha. but the chips are nice!
