okok, i'm here to introduce Derrick Hoh's new album!! =] welcome to the amelia's music review bar. hahaha. no la, just that i listened to his album and felt that it was good so here i am sharing my views with u all.
just to refresh your memory... Derrick in his Superstar days! he's the one on the extreme left in case u really forgot who he is. lol

ok, for this album, track no. 6 and 11 are songs composed by him so why not go and listen to it cuz i think its rather not bad for a newcomer like him to start composing his own songs on his very FIRST album.
in fact, my fave songs include his self composed songs 克罗地亚的天空 and 咬字 together with 无法归类 and 你走天桥，我走地下道.
for the two ballads 克罗地亚的天空 and 你走天桥，我走地下道, i've always felt that his husky and unique voice could make a song sound very loving and he makes the words meaningful equipped with emotions. i love the way he sounds so passionate and when listening to him sing, i'll always have the thought, "how nice if someone could sing to me like dat."
haha. the way he croons in the song just makes you melt. =]
the song 咬字 is very cute cuz it reflects on himself. rmb last time when he was in superstar? the judges always say he 咬字不清. haha. its interesting though it resembles a little like the song 大舌头 by 吴克群.i would say the feel is similar but the feel brought out by the diff singers is different. O.o
无法归类 is a very very catchy song! it can get ppl addicted! at least, it got me addicted! ~我就是无法归类~ haha. after listening it a few times, the tune just sort of gets stuck in yr head! its true. try it! haha.
In conclusion, its a very good album but one thing i must admit here, i'm biased. ok, i admit. ever since superstar days, i've already been a fan of his, following him through his ns days and even subscribed to his youtube channel so i could follow him on his progress in taiwan. haha.
but over here, i must say something, CONGRATS to DERRICK! his album SOLD OUT on the first day!! so glad that his popularity din drop even after 2 years!!! JIAYOU!!
okok, now here's the real deal, you can dl his songs here. =] i'm nice. =] but i must say this cuz my sis (she's amazing, managed to get the cd on the first day b4 it sold out!) will get mad if i dun.

well, i may sound abit contradictory here, but i put the link up cuz i noe not everyone can afford the cd yet they really want to support him and support good music. hence, i mean if you have the financial capability, you should support him by by buying his cd.

personally, i like dbsk's version better but den, it may be because i'm biased AGAIN. LOL. but if you listen to both versions , u'll realise that they din even bother to erase the front part where micky narrated, "girl, let me prove that my love is true" !!
so they should still credit DBSK for Derrick's version cuz there's still micky's voice in there!! hahaha.
anyway, for the dbsk version, the song is called "miduhyo". if you want it just tell me and i'll send it to you! =] spread the dongbang love!!
yupyup, that's all! i realised alot of ppl want derrick's songs cuz i just uploaded it not long ago and there were already many downloads! haha.
