SPOILER ALERT! DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVE THE INTENTION OF WATCHING IT! HOWEVER, NO PENALTY THOUGH. HAHA.

well, the movie is as funny as ever but i dun like the idea that they changed Brendan Fraser's wife!! i want Rachel Weisz back!! i simply loved the humour and coordination between Rick and Jonathan. these 2 were hilarious. one quote frm Jonathan in the front was when e told rick to "Smack my ASS!!" haha. have to watch the show to find out why he said that...some ppl dun really liked the movie though and i could understand why. it is rather messy esp in the beginning. the fireworks and stuff made the show lose its focus by quite abit.

the actors seem rather unfamiliar with each other with the exception of Rick and Jonathan (prob cuz they worked with each other b4). but i must say that Jet Li was a really good actor though.

oh ya, other than the funny comments and good humour inserted here and there, another thing that really made me laugh was the bad chinese. haha. for this particular character in the show called General Ming, they acty used a westerner to act this role. NOTE: it is set in ANCIENT CHINA. a foreigner as a GENERAL??!! kinda impossible. besides, his chinese was like *pffft*. i mean bad chinese in ANCIENT CHINA??!! WEIRD... even Michelle Yeo's chinese wasn't good.

if i were to say, the only person speaking good chinese (sounding like he's frm China) in the show was Jet Li.yup. the rest had this American kind of slang to it. then it was the Westerners trying to speak chinese... rick's son, Alex was supposed to have been excavating in China for quite some time now so he knew a little chinese. towards the end, he said this(b4 trying to kill Jet Li), "当初是我把你挖出来的，现在我要把你送回去！" it was really weird earing him say that and after he said it, me dad was like, "HUH??!!" cuz you really wouldn't know what he was talking abt if u din look at the subtitles and try to infer frm it. haha.

however, one big plus point, the ancient chinese mummies were speaking good chinese though. haha. there was this one scene that was so funny. 2 mummies were standing very close to each other and one happened to use a spade and accidentally hit the other guys's head off (he's a mummy so he is basically just a skeleton.O.o) den he quickly turned around and picked the guy's head up saying, "对不起！对不起！啊！你的头在这儿！" ROFLMAO. i almost died laughing here. but too bad they seem t forget to sub this part so for those who dunno chinese, they prob wunt notice it.

lastly, i realised the name of the pub that Jonathan was running was called EMOTEC!! muahaha..
to conclude, i still feel that it is rather entertaining and simply great for relieving stress cuz the plot is so straightforward you dun really need to think! haha. besides, Brendan Fraser is one of my fave actors and i love him for being absolutely hilarious. =]
